Technical Support: How To Report a Problem
We're constantly seeking to improve the products and services we provide. If you have any questions, comments or suggestions, please send them to us. We truly value your input and will respond as quickly as possible!
We consider it a problem when a product does not operate according to its documentation or has incorrect documentation. If you have found a repeatable problem in one of our products, we would definitely like to hear about it!
Please check the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) for the product to see if it has already been reported. That way you can save yourself the trouble of writing up a problem report!
If your problem does not appear on the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) list (or if you haven't checked the list), please send your problem report to support@SlideWrite.com or our usual addresses.
In your problem report, please include:
  • your name and how to reach you (e-mail address, fax number, phone number, etc.),
  • the product name, version and serial number, (for software, this can be found in the Help, About dialog box)
  • a complete description of the steps needed to reproduce the problem, and
  • optionally, attach a simple file that demonstrates the problem.
